Giving thanks is a daily ritual of mine. As such, I decided that I would like to blog about something I’m passionate about and in doing so perhaps it may help just one person who is feeling down, to put a smile….if ever so slightly on their face.
These bi-weekly posts are meant to resonate and inspire. I plan on using my own life’s experiences as my cliff to jump off. Occasionally, I shall re-post from inspirational sayings that fit in with my own experiences. Being grateful!
I am so very grateful to be living in our great country of Canada. I believe our Governments at all levels are handling this situation, which is unprecedented, as well as they can. We are all learning and in this together. Things are changing day by day.
I am grateful to our front line workers in the grocery stores, the truck drivers, to all those deemed essential services and of course our medical doctors, paramedics, police and fire fighters. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!
While each day feels like ground hog day to me, I try to keep my mind and body active by doing some daily exercise of online yoga, walking and listening to music. Now may be a good time to update that music playlist. Perhaps stumble upon a new artist. Time is on our side right now.
I feel blessed to live where we do. We are in this together. Keep your distance. Stay connected. And pray that we all come out of this safely!
