Thank you for your help over the past two months.  Yes, there have been stressful moments at times, which I suppose is to be expected.  I have very much enjoyed working with you and having you on my side.  I now have a much better appreciation for the work that real estate agents do, and I can't imagine how I would have handled all this all by myself.
